Therefore, this forum aims to provide opportunities to hear from graduates of the Program for Leading Graduate Schools and the WISE Program who are active in various fields, and to interact directly with organizations considering hiring PhD talent. Additionally, we will create a platform for PhD students to propose how PhDs can thrive in society and provide opportunities for dialogue with universities, companies, and relevant ministries. We hope participants will directly witness the high expertise of PhD students and the excellent transferable skills they possess.
